We're looking for an analytical and commercially minded Planning Manager to join our Sheffield (S35) site on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week on-site. Offering a salary of up to £48,000 depending on experience, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within a fast-paced operational environment, ensuring we have the right people, resources and capacity in place to consistently deliver for our customers.
You’ll own our short, medium and long-term site plans for our labour resourcing, transforming complex data and volumes form our key cusotmers into meaningful insight that drives business decisions. Working closely with the General Manager and Finance teams, you’ll develop commercially focused workforce and operational plans, produce the daily and weekly reporting that keeps the site performing effectively, and identify trends, risks and opportunities before they impact the operation.
This is a role with genuine influence and visibility across the business. You’ll challenge thinking, provide trusted recommendations and drive continuous improvement through data-led decision making. Success in this role requires someone who can balance attention to detail with a broader commercial perspective, building plans that support both operational efficiency and customer expectations.
