Job summary

DP World Coventry 220 is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced warehouse operation at Segro Park. You will develop and manage Team Leaders and Supervisors, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused performance across multiple clients.

You will drive KPIs for productivity, quality, service and cost, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with Quality, Health & Safety, Finance and site leadership to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse or contract logistics operations in an Operations Manager capacity.

• Experience with WMS and Microsoft Office.
• ,
• Experience with new site/customer launches would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused performance.
• Manage and develop Team Leaders and Supervisors, creating an engaged and high-performing team.
• Deliver operational KPIs across productivity, quality, service and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.
• Monitor warehouse processes, inventory and administrative functions to ensure operational excellence.
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as the operational lead for customer-related activities.
• Work collaboratively with Quality, Health & Safety, Finance and wider site leadership teams.
