Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a busy warehouse, drive efficiency and safety, and develop a proactive team. This role reports to the Managing Director and supports growth through effective operations and continuous improvement.

You will manage goods in, inventory and dispatch, optimize WMS processes and ensure on-time delivery while upholding service levels for customers.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Solid knowledge of warehouse KPIs and performance.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team to achieve high performance.
Oversee Goods In, inventory management and dispatch operations.
Ensure stock accuracy through effective inventory control and warehouse processes.
Maintain excellent dispatch performance, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Manage and optimise Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes.
Promote and maintain the highest Health & Safety standards throughout the warehouse.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and operational alignment.
Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs, implementing improvements where required.
