Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems (Microsoft BC highly beneficial).
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations including receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, recruitment and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and quality standards.
• Optimise layouts, processes and workflows for efficiency and safety.
• Monitor KPIs: order accuracy, on-time dispatch, inventory accuracy, picking productivity.
• Collaborate with procurement, customer service and sales to ensure smooth supply chain.
