Job summary

Lithia UK, TPS Luton, is seeking a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to lead the warehouse team and deliver excellent service to customers.

You will manage stock integrity, optimise stock movements and ensure adherence to TPS/VWG processes while organising efficient delivery schedules and maintaining high safety standards.

You'll develop staff, conduct performance reviews, recruit where needed and collaborate with centre management to meet targets and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Set and allocate performance targets for the Warehouse Operatives and Van Drivers.
• Monitor and hit personal KPI's.
• Ensure the team is properly trained and developed.
• Recruit new staff following recruitment processes.
• Maintain stock integrity and audit traceability.
• Provide a high level of service to customers.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Run an effective and efficient warehouse through the management of the warehouse team to deliver excellent service to customers.
• Maintain stock integrity through efficient stock management and full audit traceability.
• Ensure timely customer deliveries and responsive to queries.
• Recruit and train new staff and manage inductions.
• Ensure compliance with TPS/VWG warehouse processes.
