A global leader in fastenings is seeking an Operations Manager for their National Distribution Centre in Walsall. The Operations Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards, team development, and operational goals. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of warehouse leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude to thrive in a dynamic environment. The position requires flexibility in hours and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in Warehouse Leadership, preferably in the fastenings industry.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the warehouse ensuring safety and operational excellence.
• Conduct safety training and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Manage shift performance against key metrics and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.
