The-Pollard-Group is seeking a Head of Warehouse Services in Plymouth to oversee goods receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will ensure accurate stock records, safe handling, and timely customer deliveries while upholding company values and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include managing warehouse control, fulfilment, and safety, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Previous warehouse, dispatch or manufacturing experience is essential.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Basic computer literacy is expected.

Mansioni

• Receive and check goods against orders and paperwork.
• Maintain accurate stock records and locations; apply FIFO when appropriate.
• Pack and label printed and purchased products to customer specifications.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and coordinate with couriers.
• Operate pallet trucks and other equipment safely; report faults.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace following 5S principles.
