Job summary

Universal Business Team is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager based in Plymouth to lead the warehouse operation as the company expands with a new facility. This full-time role offers a salary of 38,000–42,000 plus Free Parking and refreshments, and a 42.5-hour work week.

You will design and embed new processes, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and stock accuracy, and build a high-performing team to deliver on-time service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading warehouse or distribution operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including Goods In, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
• Drive health, safety, quality and compliance across the operation.
• Produce operational reports and use data to identify improvements and drive performance.
• Manage labour, overtime and costs while maintaining service excellence.
