Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, dispatch or manufacturing experience.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise work and multi-task under pressure.
• Clear verbal and written communication; physical capability for manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee goods receipt and warehouse control, ensuring accurate stock records and locations.
• Direct picking, packing and fulfilment to meet customer specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate dispatch records and liaise with transport providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain 5S workplace organisation and safe operation of equipment; support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Customer Service to resolve issues.
