• Organise cycle counts and stock takes; investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure consistent use of OrderWise and other ERP/WMS systems.
• Identify layout and process improvements to boost productivity.
• Monitor performance and uphold safety and orderly work environment.
• Take ownership of operational problems and implement solutions.
