Dynamite Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Manager for our Chandlers Ford-based team. The role oversees daily warehouse and logistics operations, coordinating deliveries and stock control to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Initially a temporary position with potential for permanent employment. Ideal candidates will have management experience in warehouse or distribution, strong organisational and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations.

• Must have management experience and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with a hands-on approach.
• Good communication across teams and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and ensure efficiency.
• Maintain accurate stock/inventory records.
• Organise warehouse activities and meet deadlines.
• Support and coordinate warehouse staff to complete tasks.
• Ensure safety and compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
