Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements in Weybridge is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations, oversee stock control, and manage a small team at the Weybridge depot.

You will implement efficient processes, coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders accurately and on time, and uphold high safety and quality standards across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders accurately and on time.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
• Implement and enforce warehouse procedures and protocols to optimize efficiency and minimise errors.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
