Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking an Operations Support for a warehouse environment. You will act as the central point of contact for hauliers and customers to assist with bookings, keeping the customer informed of activity and providing regular reporting to the Contract and Haulier Co-ordinator.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting warehouse operations and coordinating with hauliers.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Willing to cover peak periods and holidays.
• Knowledge of WMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Send customer reports at regular intervals.
• Resolve real-time issues with customers.
• Follow haulier booking processes.
• Check WMS for process adherence.
• Provide holiday/sickness cover and support ops controllers.
• Deliver excellent customer care and service.
• Liaise with hauliers as needed.
• Create/update spreadsheets and systems regularly.
• Address issues from customer and haulier queries.
