Job summary

Staffbase Recruitment is aiding a successful manufacturing client in Rugby to recruit a Warehouse Co-ordinator for the busy distribution centre. You will report to the warehouse manager and perform warehouse operations and administration tasks.

Key duties include preparing picking lists, coordinating with hauliers, checking goods-in and goods-out, stock updates, and KPI reporting. The candidate should have warehousing experience, strong IT skills, and a counterbalance forklift licence.

Qualifications

• Excellent warehousing and distribution knowledge.
• Stock control, dispatch and goods-in experience.
• Organised with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Sage WMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and allocate picking lists to operatives.
• Liaise with hauliers, book transport and prepare dispatch documentation.
• Check goods-in deliveries and add stock details to computer system.
• Check all goods-out prior to dispatch.
• Arrange deliveries/collections of stock as and when necessary.
• Monitor stock levels and perform inventory checks.
• Data input and update KPI reports.
