Job summary

Dependable Distribution Limited is offering a 17‑month apprenticeship in Southampton (SO15 1HJ). You will assist with daily warehouse office operations, with some time in the warehouse.

Tasks include managing job files, liaising with customers, data input, and problem solving, within an 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday framework. The program includes regular college training for Customer Service Practitioner, with 20% of hours spent training.

Qualifications

• Competent using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• GCSE English and Maths desirable.
• End Point Assessment for apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the warehouse office team.
• Perform mainly office-based tasks with someWarehouse tasks.
• Create and manage job files, charge them as needed.
• Liaise with customers and provide data input and checks.
• Problem-solving and consistent data entry.
