Job summary

Dependable Distribution Limited is offering a 17‑month apprenticeship in Southampton (SO15 1HJ). You will assist with daily warehouse office operations, with some time in the warehouse.

Tasks include managing job files, liaising with customers, data input, and problem solving, within an 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday framework. The program includes regular college training for Customer Service Practitioner, with 20% of hours spent training.

Qualifications

• Competent using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• GCSE English and Maths desirable.
• End Point Assessment for apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

Summary

You will assist with the day to day operations of the warehouse office team. Your duties will consist of primarily office based tasks however, there will be an element of going in to the warehouse for certain tasks.

Annual wage

£16,640 First year Only!
The pay may be negotiated and may rise after a probation period has been successfully completed.
