Job summary

Product Care Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor at our Northampton site to oversee all night shift operations Monday to Saturday 21:00 to 06:00. You will supervise a team of 7 operatives, coordinate inbound movements, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure the highest standards of safety and performance across the operation.

• Supervise and coordinate Nightshift warehouse activities, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure the safe and effective use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet trucks.
• Monitor inventory levels, track orders, and assist with stock control and order fulfilment.
• Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management, stock inbound.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and collaboration within the warehouse team.
• Be a key point of contact for resolving any day-to-day operational issues that may arise.
