Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to manage a busy Milton Keynes operation. You will lead by example, ensuring accurate goods receiving, picking, packing and dispatch to meet customer deadlines.

You will oversee stock control, implement FIFO, maintain a safe workspace and develop a small team, while coordinating with office colleagues to deliver outstanding service. The role requires forklift experience (Reach/Counterbalance preferred) and a proactive approach to

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Experience with stock control and goods-in/out processes.
• Experience operating forklift trucks (Reach/Counterbalance preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small warehouse team in a hands-on operational environment.
• Oversee goods-in, stock control, order fulfilment and dispatch.
• Support picking, packing during busy periods and absences.
• Maintain efficient layout and FIFO processes.
• Monitor performance to ensure quality, accuracy and productivity.
• Train staff and ensure Health & Safety standards are followed.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with office teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues proactively.
