Job summary

Think Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Stores Person to join a busy warehouse team in Berkhamsted. The role covers goods in, stock control, picking, packing and dispatch, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, good IT skills (Outlook), and GCSEs in Maths and English. Fork Lift Truck certificate is essential, and you must be able to commute to the Berkhamsted site with on-site parking available.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths and English required.
• Previous warehouse or stores experience is advantageous.
• Confident IT skills and good communication.
• Right to work in the UK and ability to commute to Berkhamsted.

Responsibilities

• Goods In: receive, unload and store goods accurately.
• Picking & Packing: prepare orders for dispatch.
• Stock Control: regular stocktaking and inventory checks.
• Courier Coordination: book deliveries with couriers.
• E-Commerce Support: assist fulfilment for online orders.
• IT & Administration: maintain records using internal systems and Outlook.
• Health & Safety: follow safety procedures for heavier goods.
• Teamwork: collaborate with warehouse, manufacturing and operations teams.
• Customer Service: communicate with customers, suppliers and couriers.
