The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a dedicated team of approximately 25 staff, covering warehouse, pick, pack, and despatch, your key task will be to review the current structure, systems, and processes, and to recommend and implement a strategy for change focused on improving operational performance.

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse, Pick, Pack, Despatch professional with experience supporting fast-moving, customer-focused manufacturing operations.
