Job summary

Levy Merchandising, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, is seeking a proactive Warehouse Team Manager in Wolverhampton to lead a dynamic warehouse team. You will drive safe, efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, manage day-to-day operations and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

You'll coach and develop colleagues, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams and meeting KPI targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of WMS and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team to deliver high performance and engagement.
• Oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure productivity, quality and service targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and development support.
