Job summary

QS Recruitment is working with a growing third‑party logistics business to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager in Coventry. You will oversee the Coventry operation and lead day‑to‑day activities across multiple warehouse units.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands‑on approach and a track record of managing KPIs, stock accuracy and health & safety. You’ll drive productivity, customer service and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Operations Manager experience.
• Background within warehousing, logistics or 3PL.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing KPIs and warehouse performance.
• Hands-on approach with excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation across multiple warehouse units.
• Manage warehouse operatives, FLT Drivers and warehouse office staff.
• Ensure stock accuracy and efficient inventory management.
• Drive productivity, service levels and operational performance.
• Maintain Health & Safety and warehouse compliance.
• Work closely with customers to deliver excellent service.

A growing third-party logistics business is looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee its Coventry operation.

Following continued growth and the recent opening of a fourth warehouse in Coventry, the business is expanding its management team to support increasing customer demand.

Based in Coventry, they specialise in warehousing, fulfilment and distribution, providing a complete 3PL solution for customers across a variety of sectors, offering everything from storage through to pick, pack and dispatch.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Manager who enjoys leading a close-knit team and wants the autonomy to make a genuine impact within a growing business.

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day operation across multiple warehouse units.
• Manage warehouse operatives, FLT Drivers and warehouse office staff.
