What will I be doing? The Logistics & Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and developing warehouse teams to ensure products and services meet customer requirements, uphold quality standards, and comply with airworthiness authority regulations. The role requires strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislation, Company policies, and procedures. The manager must embody the company's values, serve as a role model, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The goal is to ensure smooth warehouse operations, promote professional growth, and enhance organizational performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring products and services meet customer needs, quality, and regulatory standards.
2. Promoting adherence to HSE legislation, company systems, and procedures.
3. Modeling company values and positively influencing the team.
4. Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
5. Fostering a learning, engaged, and professional team environment.

Leadership and Development:

1. Leading and motivating the warehouse team for high performance and growth.
2. Conducting performance reviews and fostering team expertise.

Operational Excellence:

1. Ensuring compliance with procedures and documentation.
2. Developing team skills and confidence.
3. Implementing 5S initiatives for space and process optimization.

Strategic and Project Management:

1. Leading projects to optimize warehouse operations.
2. Standardizing GDSI inspection and engine packing processes.
3. Enhancing space utilization through sorting and storage practices.
4. Ensuring document archiving complies with standards.

Process Improvement and Compliance:

1. Reviewing and improving processes regularly.
2. Managing waste and scrap efficiently.
3. Maintaining robust document retention for compliance.
