What will I be doing? The Logistics & Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and developing warehouse teams to ensure products and services meet customer requirements, uphold quality standards, and comply with airworthiness authority regulations. The role requires strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislation, Company policies, and procedures. The manager must embody the company's values, serve as a role model, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The goal is to ensure smooth warehouse operations, promote professional growth, and enhance organizational performance and compliance.
