Responsible Person – 9-12 Month FTC – Competitive Salary – FULLY REMOTE

I am delighted to be supporting a pharmaceutical client of mine (focusing within the respiratory space) that are looking to onboard a Responsible person on a FTC (12 Months). This is a fully remote position, and can be located anywhere within England.

If you have at least one years’ worth of experience on a WDA licence, please get in touch!

You will be responsible for:

• Act as the designated RP on the WDA licence in compliance with EU GDP guidelines.
• Oversee all operations related to the procurement, storage, and distribution of medicinal products to ensure compliance with MHRA expectations.
• Handle deviations, recalls, complaints, CAPAs, and ensure continuous improvement of GDP practices.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, and manage responses and follow-ups as required.

You will bring the following:

• Must be eligible to act as a Responsible Person as defined in MHRA guidance and EU GDP guidelines (at least 1 yr as an RP).
• Proven experience working under a WDA licence in a pharmaceutical wholesale or distribution environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and relevant UK/EU pharmaceutical regulations.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, documentation control, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and train others.
