About the Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive warehouse operations management in alignment with corporate strategy and operational objectives.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, cost optimisation, and team development; design warehouse layouts and equipment configurations.
• Monitor operational KPIs, optimise workflows, resolve critical exceptions, establish efficient warehousing systems, ensure service quality/cost control/safety compliance, and drive business goal attainment.
• Develop warehouse development strategies, process standards, and annual plans aligned with company objectives; establish comprehensive warehouse management system, design layouts, plan equipment allocation to drive standardisation and intelligent upgrades, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Oversee the complete workflow of inbound/outbound logistics, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment; monitor metrics such as inventory turnover and accuracy, optimise task routing and resource allocation, ensure smooth, error-free warehouse operations to minimise losses.
• Analyse warehouse cost components (labor, equipment, space) and implement cost-saving initiatives; streamline processes, integrate automation tools, track productivity metrics to improve cost-effectiveness.
• Manage warehouse team recruitment, training, and performance evaluations; optimise organisational structure; implement safety protocols, address incidents, mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance and workplace safety.
• Partner with logistics, sales, and other departments to align resources, resolve bottlenecks, gather customer insights to refine processes, elevate satisfaction and competitive advantage.
