Omega is supporting a leading and innovative company in their search for a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to work alongside the existing management team to oversee and coordinate operations at our Coleraine-based meat processing plant.

Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Manager

1. Manage production: produce production sheets and maintain relevant stock levels.
2. Uphold product quality while achieving yield targets.
3. Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
4. Identify areas for improvement and establish or adjust work procedures and practices.
5. Liaise with the production manager regarding any issues.
6. Ensure health and safety rules and regulations are followed within production.
7. Comply with DARD, beef labelling, and environmental health regulations.
8. Oversee packing and labelling of meat.
9. Pick and prepare orders.
10. Prepare stock for production.
11. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
12. Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 2 pm – 10:45 pm.

Qualifications & Requirements – Warehouse Manager

1. Effective supervisory skills and techniques.
2. Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Flexibility to changing priorities based on business needs.
5. Previous experience in a food production environment.
