As Depot Manager, you will:

• Have operational responsibility for all areas of a busy Service Centre, driving the business forward to meet targets and achieve high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the Service Centre performs against all targets and budgets, managing costs effectively.
• Motivate employees consistently to foster a positive atmosphere and maximize team performance.
• Create monthly management reports, including all aspects of P&L.
• Liaise with the Sales team to develop new sales opportunities and grow the business.
• Ensure all work and processes comply with Health and Safety guidelines.
• Maintain effective and clear communication within the Service Centre.
