Your Role

Located at our prestigious warehouse facility, you will oversee a secure area dedicated to managing high-priority goods. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations and top performance of teams including Team Leaders, Warehouse Operatives, and Administrators. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase leadership and operational skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and service excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of your team, including task allocation.
• Conduct management briefs, handle absence and disciplinary issues.
• Train and evaluate colleagues, maintain trackers and activity records.
• Plan and utilize resources effectively.
• Manage operational areas efficiently.
• Report and address Near Miss and Safety Concerns.
• Ensure adherence to Statement of Requirement (SOR) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Review and improve operational methods and procedures.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Experience in logistics management and warehouse systems.
• Leadership qualities to motivate and enthuse teams.
• Financial, strategic management experience, and commercial awareness.
