Description
- Systems Implementation: Lead the streamlining of the new warehouse ERP system to enhance operational efficiency.
- Process Implementation: Drive the adoption of new physical processes within a state-of-the-art facility.
- Transport Planning: Coordinate daily inbound and outbound transport activities in collaboration with the team.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all outbound and inbound documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Stock Accuracy: Maintain precise inventory records and resolve discrepancies, working closely with the Stock Controller.
- Team Collaboration: Lead the warehouse team, fostering operational excellence and teamwork.
- Report to the Head of Supply Chain and liaise with the General Manager, Company Owners, and staff at all levels.
Profile
- A hands-on team player ready to get involved.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- A forklift license is a bonus but not essential; training can be provided.
- Leadership experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or similar sectors is highly regarded.
- You must be physically capable of lifting goods.
- Experience in an automated warehouse environment is beneficial.
