The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a team of 25, you will manage the logistics process from raw materials in to successful dispatch on time and in full. This includes warehousing (manual & automated), supporting manufacturing, and the pick, pack, dispatch of finished goods via national & international carriers. Your key task will be to review current operations, systems, processes, and staff, introducing changes to improve efficiency and productivity in a profitable business.

A hands-on Warehousing and Logistics professional with experience supporting fast-moving, customer-focused manufacturing and logistics operations. Proven track record of continuous improvement, positive change, and creating lean, customer-centric operations. Inspirational team player and leader.
