Job summary

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm; own transport is essential due to location. The role focuses on accurate receipting, despatch, and collaboration with Transport, Planning and Procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Strong admin skills using Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Own transport is essential due to location.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily operational updates with global supply chain partners.
• Coordinate with Transport Manager to prioritise daily logistics tasks.
• Help maintain up-to-date H&S procedures and training.
• Support reports: deliveries, collections and stock transfers.
• Monitor transport service levels and flag delays or losses.
• Ensure goods are receipted on site and paperwork completed.
• Pass delivery and despatch notes to planning and flag late deliveries.
