Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for a 6‑month fixed-term contract in Skelmersdale. You will support a fast-paced customer implementation, establishing processes, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring a successful launch of the new operation.

The role requires strong organisation, proactivity and ability to work in a dynamic logistics environment, with responsibility for data across WMS, reporting and coordinating activities with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, transport, logistics or supply chain administration.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems and Excel to manage large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational data across Warehouse Management Systems, ensuring information is accurate and available to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, track performance metrics and support decision making.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound activity and ensure documentation is complete accurately.
• Investigate system and process exceptions with warehouse and customer teams to resolve issues.
