Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking an experienced Shipping Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract in Titchfield. This busy role supports the accurate and timely processing of UK and international shipments within a manufacturing environment.

You will book shipments, liaise with couriers and freight forwarders, and maintain ERP data and portals, ensuring compliance and meeting tight month-end deadlines. A proactive, detail‑driven approach and good MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, logistics or similar administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• A proactive approach and ability to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process UK and international shipments and associated documentation.
• Book shipments and liaise with couriers and freight forwarders.
• Maintain accurate information within ERP systems and customer portals.
• Ensure shipping documentation meets relevant compliance requirements.
• Resolve shipping queries and liaise with internal teams.
• Support the team in meeting busy month-end shipping deadlines.
