Job summary

Mansell Recruitment Group is seeking an organised Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth warehouse operations in the UK. You will manage receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of parts while upholding safety, accuracy and customer service standards.

The role requires knowledge of import/export procedures, strong communication and Microsoft 365 skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team under pressure. Forklift experience and warehouse systems knowledge are desirable.

Qualifications

• Organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with suppliers and transport providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and able to use basic warehouse software.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, assembly and timely dispatch of goods.
• Liaise with suppliers and transport providers to schedule deliveries.
• Process import/export customs documentation as required.
• Pick, pack and prepare parts to high standards.
• Operate counterbalance forklifts and handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock records and FIFO inventory control.
• Support warehouse organisation, space utilisation and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
