Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse First Line Manager for the B&Q operation in Branston. You will lead a hands-on team to deliver customer service, productivity and safety while supporting growth and development of colleagues.

This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30. A salary of £34,361 per annum plus benefits including 25 days leave, pension, death in service and more to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong people management with coaching and development.
• Good understanding of KPIs and Health & Safety practices.
• Experience with warehouse systems and Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team to meet targets and KPIs.
• Drive a positive safety culture and compliance with Health & Safety standards.
• Manage performance, attendance and development plans with engagement.
• Deliver operational excellence through planning, performance reporting and improvements.
• Build relationships across site functions and support the Shift Operations Manager.
