Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Worksop is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead a team and ensure safe, efficient day-to-day warehouse operations. The role requires inspiring leadership and delivering high standards.

You will monitor KPIs, plan labour, and foster health and safety, with a permanent, full-time contract and rotating shifts from 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm at Manton Wood. Salary is a stated rate of £31,681.20 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience as a First Line Manager or Team Leader in a warehouse.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Clear communicators with the ability to manage performance and employee relations fairly.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, processes and best practices.
• Organised, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives to deliver exceptional performance.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and within timelines.
• Monitor and drive KPIs including productivity, quality, service and attendance.
• Plan and allocate labour and resources to meet workload changes.
• Champion health and safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
