Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Front Line Manager (FLM) to lead a frontline team on a permanent continental shift pattern in the United Kingdom.

The FLM will role model PepsiCo values, champion safety, and maintain quality and food safety standards while driving performance and continuous improvement. The role focuses on developing a high-performing team, coaching direct reports, and collaborating with site stakeholders to improve KPIs across a balanced scorecard.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve quality & food safety standards and ensure compliance.
• Governance of processes and equipment standards to drive performance.
• Develop and sustain a high-performing, self-sufficient team through coaching and empowerment.
• Manage attendance, performance and conduct of direct reports.
• Responsible for all outputs of area of accountability.
• Work with Operations Manager to improve KPIs across a balanced scorecard.
