PepsiCo UK is seeking a Line Operations Manager at the Lincoln site to drive stability, capability, and continuous improvement across operations. The role focuses on coaching Frontline Managers, establishing robust operating routines, and translating daily performance into sustainable improvements.

You will lead a high-performing team in a 24/7 environment, champion safety and GMP, and collaborate with planning, logistics, and site teams to ensure end-to-end operational excellence.

Qualifications

• First-line leadership experience across operations, safety and quality.
• Mid- to senior-level line management in FMCG or fast-paced operations.
• Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills with stakeholders.
• Proven experience in continuous improvement and change initiatives.
• Applied structured problem-solving tools and methodologies.
• Flexible, can-do attitude to duties and responsibilities.
• Able to influence upwards and across the organisation.
• Strong IT and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Role modelling high standards and ensuring safety compliance.
• Maintain GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Make decisions to sustain operational foundations.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics and site ops for end-to-end performance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team in a 24/7 operation.
• Identify capability gaps and address them with internal or external help.
• Drive delivery of results and improve reliability and equipment effectiveness.
• Coach Line Engineering Lead and Specialist/Process Engineer to improve processes.
