Job summary

PepsiCo UK is seeking a Front Line Manager to lead and develop a frontline team at our Leicester site, ensuring safety, quality and peak performance during shifts. You will drive execution, uphold standards, and coach team members to build capability and accountability.

In this role, you will lead by example, uphold GMP and safety protocols, and continuously improve output and key metrics in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
