PepsiCo UK is seeking a Line Lead to head the line team, set performance targets and drive continuous improvement across a 7-day/24-hour operation at our Coventry site. You will implement the IWS standards, develop the team, and ensure safety, GMP, and quality.

The role requires first-line leadership experience in FMCG, strong communication and analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead change, manage performance, and deliver reliable results.

Formación

• Experience in FMCG or similar production/manufacturing environment.
• First line leadership training and demonstrated leadership in the areas of operations, safety, and quality.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience in continuous improvement.
• Applying structured problem-solving tools and methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Role modelling high standards and ensuring safety compliance.
• Demonstrating GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Driving daily management systems (DMS) discipline as a result of RTT.
• Leading the team - managing and inspiring performance and career direction, and driving retention.
• Enabling the organization to deliver better results and develop the team.
• Building and leading a strong team to perform at peak on a 7-day/24-hour basis.
• Bringing external capability to fill capability gaps.
• Demonstrating leadership in challenging situations.
