The Menu Partners in London is seeking a reliable Freezer Operative to join our warehouse team. This role handles frozen products, ensuring accurate storage and preparation for daily deliveries in a temperature-controlled environment.

We expect warehouse experience and a valid forklift licence, and you will work with a proactive, detail-oriented team focused on safety and efficiency. PPE is provided; cold conditions require comfort.

Responsibilities

• Confirm arrival quantities against consignment reports with Quality Control and Supply Chain teams.
• Pick and consolidate frozen orders ready for vehicle loading.
• Process all goods-in paperwork accurately.
• Move stock from Goods-In to warehouse locations and ensure correct storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ensure full traceability of all products.
• Handle goods-in processes, ensuring non-conforming products are correctly segregated.
• Check quality and quantities of incoming packaging stock and update systems accordingly.

About The Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Freezer Operative to join our team in London. This is a key role within our warehouse operation, ensuring frozen products are handled, stored, and prepared accurately to support our daily deliveries.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while operating in a temperature-controlled setting.

Key Responsibilities:

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in a warehouse environment (essential)
• Holds a valid forklift licence (required)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work as part of a team
• Safety-conscious with a good understanding of warehouse practices

Please note, this role involves working in a freezer environment at approximately -22°C. Full PPE will be provided; however, you must be comfortable working in cold conditions.

Working Hours:

• 5–6 days out of 7 (weekend work required)
