Job summary

JJ Foodservice is inviting applications for a Freezer Operative on the Night Shift to support a busy warehouse in the UK. The role involves preparing pallets of frozen goods, accurate storage, stock checks for damage or short-dated items, and manual handling duties.

A permanent contract is offered with full training and clear progression opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, be a team player with excellent communication skills, and be eligible to work in the

Responsibilities

• Preparing pallets of frozen items that will be loaded onto our lorries.
• Store items safely in the correct location.
• Check stock for damage, loss or short dated items and report as required.
• Manual handling – lifting or moving products as required.
• Physical requirements – pushing and pulling the trolley to carry items.

Freezer Operative – Night Shift

The perfect candidate will work behind-the-scenes to ensure the warehouse operates smoothly.

Salary: £27,900.00 per annum

• A physically active nature (due to heavy lifting)
