DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager for our Bristol site. You will lead a flagship operation, shaping a high-performing team across chilled and ambient areas, with a focus on safety and customer service.

The role offers a rotational day shift with a shift premium, and opportunities to work within a state-of-the-art facility with on-site amenities.

Qualifications

Shift Pattern: Rotational 06:00 -14:00 - 14:00 -18:00 working any 5 days from 7 (including weekends)

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring productivity, quality and service targets are consistently achieved.
• Manage teams across both chilled and ambient environments, ensuring safe and efficient working practices at all times.
• Drive colleague engagement, wellbeing and performance through regular communication, coaching and one-to-one meetings.
• Ensure all colleagues receive the appropriate training and support to perform their roles effectively and safely.
• Monitor operational performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and customer service.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance across all warehouse activities.
• Support inventory accuracy, stock management and operational processes in line with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to deliver operational excellence.
• Create a positive and inclusive team culture where every colleague can thrive and perform at their best.
