Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager for our Dunelm site in Stoke. You will lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is a full-time, permanent role working a 5-from-7 day pattern, 14:00–22:00. Salary up to £30,000 plus benefits including 33 days of annual leave, private healthcare, a dental plan, a workplace pension and access to GXO University for progression.

We are looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Dunelm site in Stoke. You'll be responsible for leading your team to achieve business goals: through focussing on continuous improvement and promoting a team-based culture.

This is a full time, permanent position, where you'll be working an any 5 from 7' day shift pattern, the hours of work will be 14:00 - 22:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you'll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets
• Pro-actively support the site and customer's continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change
• With good understanding of Health & Safety you'll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings
• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities and projects
