Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations on the shift and ensure the work plan is delivered on time and within budget.

You will drive performance through monitoring coaching and performance, review shift performance for improvements, and motivate the team to maintain high engagement and clear on-site communication. The role also oversees warehouse training responsibilities and functions.
