Here at GXO, we're looking for a First Line Manager to lead, coach and develop a team within our busy warehouse operation. Based at our Primark site in Thrapston, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced people manager who is passionate about creating a safe, productive and engaging working environment. You'll play a key role in delivering operational excellence, ensuring customer expectations are met, and driving continuous improvement through strong leadership, effective communication and a people-first approach.
This is a full time, permanent position, working any 5 from 7 on the AM shift of 06:00 – 14:00
