GXO Logistics, Inc. in Crick is seeking two First Line Managers to join our automated distribution centre and lead a high-performing team. You will coach operatives, coordinate inbound, picking, packing and dispatch, and drive safety and KPI performance in a fast-paced environment.

You'll deliver engaging leadership, develop colleagues, and implement continuous improvements while ensuring exceptional service for a leading fashion retailer. This full-time role runs Sunday to Thursday, 15:00–23:00.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced logistics, warehousing or distribution.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate, engage and influence teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyse operational performance and implement improvements to drive results.
• Proactive, professional and flexible approach, with the confidence to work under pressure.

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse operatives to achieve operational targets and service excellence.
• Coordinate daily activities across inbound, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Manage performance, quality and productivity through regular reviews and KPI monitoring.
• Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and maintaining housekeeping practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, workforce planning and efficient resource allocation to achieve cost, quality and delivery objectives.

Here at GXO, we're looking for two First Line Managers to join our dynamic operations team supporting a major fashion retailer in Crick. This is an exciting opportunity to lead colleagues within a highly automated distribution centre, ensuring products flow efficiently from inbound through to dispatch. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, engaging and high-performing environment where people can succeed, while delivering exceptional service and operational results. This is a full time, permanent position working Sunday to Thursday 15:00 to 23:00

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £32,600.00 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
