Here, at GXO, we’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our eCommerce operation in Crick. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key area of our operation, ensuring customer expectations, service levels, safety standards, and productivity targets are consistently achieved. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping operational strategy, developing future leaders, and fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
This is a full time, permanent position working Mon - Fri on a rotating shift pattern of 07:00 to 15:00; 10:00 to 18:00 and 15:00 to 23:00
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000.00 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
