Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a practical Warehouse Caretaker to support the Oxford Pharmacy Store in Banbury. Based at Banbury location, the role involves keeping the site clean, safe, compliant and well maintained, coordinating routine checks, contractors, repairs, cleaning, security and fire safety activity.

You will be reliable, organised and hands-on, with experience in a warehouse or facilities environment; knowledge of health and safety and site security; good IT skills

Qualifications

• Reliable, organised and hands-on with experience in a warehouse, caretaking, facilities, stores or similar operational role.
• Good understanding of health and safety and site security.
• Strong attention to detail and clear record keeping.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365 or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the safe day-to-day running of the warehouse site.
• Coordinate cleaning, pest control, maintenance, security and fire safety checks.
• Oversee contractors and follow up repairs or site issues.
• Maintain accurate records for checks, audits, maintenance and supplies.
