Job summary

Restore Information Management in Wolverhampton is seeking a Service Delivery Operative to support secure handling of confidential data. This hands-on role involves preparing, checking and scanning documents, data entry and movement of boxes in a busy warehouse environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, focusing on accuracy, safety and ISO standards. A reliable team player with the ability to lift 10 kg will thrive and help keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Essential data entry, scanning and data handling skills.
• Basic computer and reading/comms abilities to follow instructions.
• Able to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 10 kg daily; accurate record-keeping and labeling.
• Positive team player; able to work independently within defined processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, organised work environment.
• Achieve high-quality standards with minimal errors.
• Engage in team meetings and suggest improvements.

• Booking In: track and log documents, meet production targets.
• Document Preparation: prep documents for scanning.
• Scanning: ensure quality images, operate scanners.
• Quality Assurance: check and index scanned documents, address issues
